Situated on a peaceful, tree-lined residential street, it is 2 blocks from the San Antonio River Walk and 5 blocks from downtown San Antonio, the Convention Center, and the Alamo.

As the first bed and breakfast in San Antonio’s historic King William District, the Brackenridge House Bed and Breakfast has been pampering guests since 1986. Stay and experience Texas hospitality at its best. Our goal at the Brackenridge house is to make you feel like the special person you are.
Luxurious Accommodations
There are two suites and three spacious rooms available to choose from. All accommodations have their own private ensuite full bathroom, either with an antique clawfoot tub, or a tiled walk-in shower. All of our bathrooms have recently been upgraded and renovated.Each room has a 42” Smart television, mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, and Keurig coffee brewer. In addition, there are complimentary amenities, soft drinks, and snacks. The inn has central A/C and heat. All rooms have a separate private entrance.
Breakfast at Brackenridge House
Breakfast at the Brackenridge House Bed and Breakfast promises to satisfy your palate and pleasure your senses. You can enjoy our delicious signature freshly prepared gourmet breakfast between 9:00 and 9:30 am, and have it delivered to your room or in the rear garden or verandah, where you can enjoy the birds singing in the morning. Our gourmet breakfast is made with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
*Please Note: Breakfast is NOT available on December 24th, 25th, and 31st through January 1st.
