Put on a Brackenridge House robe. Pour yourself a glass of cream sherry, eat a chocolate and indulge yourself in one of our beautiful rooms. Our rooms are appointed with king and queen-size beds, claw foot tubs, cable TV with HBO, wireless Internet access, private telephones, coffee makers, mini refrigerators, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards and microwaves. All bed and breakfast rooms have private in room baths.

I think that I shall never see
A house as lovely as this B&B.
With attention to details and elegant touches
The guest feels like a General, a duke or a duchess.
I slept on a mattress that was just divine
With a gorgeous quilt. I wish it were mine.
Awoke feeling good, well rested, and fresher.
Then had a shower with great water pressure.
-Sweet soap, soft towels, all I could desire
Of the Brackenridge House, I will surely never tire.
Just when I thought it’s too good to be true
Breakfast was served by Bennie and Sue.
I’ve never had a breakfast that had so much style.
This breakfast I’ll remember for a long, long while.
Everything fresh – mmm- nothing but yummy.
If I ate this everyday, I’d have a big tummy.
The Brackenridge House is a sure trendsetter.
Every time I come the place looks even better.
I wonder how you do the magic you do.

Minimum two night stay on most weekends. Rates are for double or single occupancy. In rooms which accommodate more than 2 people, there is an extra charge of $25 - $35 plus tax per person per night.

Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, personal and traveler's checks, and cash. One night's lodging plus tax is due at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel outside the 14 day window, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Inside the 14 day window, you will forfeit your deposit, but only if we cannot rebook the room. If we rebook the room we will refund your deposit minus the $25 cancellation fee.

Restrictions: Children 12 and over welcome in main house. Children of all ages welcome in carriage house. Pets welcome in carriage house, as well. No smoking, please.
